Yes. Hubert went into the barrier coming on to the straight out of Raidillon then rebounded back into the track when he was hit at near full speed broadside splitting his car.

That was brutal. Why was Correa off the track where he connected with Hubert? Looked like he was running flat out in the area between the old pit lane exit and where he should have been.

Not a bad race, sorry Charles couldn’t enjoy his first win more with the tragic events of the weekend. Poor Lando is all I can say, that just sucks

It seems like that was a quick countdown to the start. Usually see a few seconds from when the lights count down to the start. I just went 5, 4, 3, 2, 1..GO.

Not sure anyone would have had the overall speed to overtake LeClerc.

Hamilton said he was giving it all he had on the last few laps, but good for Charles to get his first victory...too bad it’s on a tragic weekend, with his friend being lost.

Vettal actually acted like a team player this weekend. I am hopeful that he has turned the corner

Me too. But again, why was Correa out there in no mans land running flat out in the first place? Debris? Would have been a non-event otherwise

I think Correa sees the cars losing it in front of him and elects to go to the right of the potential incident and pulls over to the right of the curbs

Finally back from vacation and not a zombie from working overnight. I thought the race was strategically interesting but kinda boring visually. Tough luck for Kimi and fishlips, I don't think anyone was at fault beyond wanting to make the most of the start. VER needs to fix his starts though, ugh. I feel bad for Norris, hope he doesn't wind up with Alonso's luck. The F2 crash was horrendous and sad. Even so I hope they don't change Eau Rouge.
