    Some cellars use underground (partial) to help insulate. But most are above ground. They range from 75000 sack capacity to almost 200000 sack capacity per bay.

    Its just a term. No farm sacks are ever actually in a "sack". Just a measurement.

    But a 200000 sack cellar is massive. You could easily play soccer in there. And the some.
