    I make an amazing gravy with sausage (Perdernales Farms is a local staple), onion, green chiles, and minced garlic. It talks back a little bit, but everyone likes what it has to say.
    My stomach's memory approves this message. :thumbsup:

    My MIL is from Sevilla, and her sister still sends her asafran (saffron) from Spain. Makes for amazing arroz dishes. She might have been a deciding factor for me marrying my wife...who cannot cook like her mom, sadly.

    I'm learning, though...
