Hello fellers, been inactive for awhile. Had a kid traded in the new taco, ended up getting this beauty.

 

Hey Y'all, just joined the East Tennessee Overland group on Facebook. Seriously considering checking out LBL for the first time when my brother drives out from Sacramento. Any of you interested in riding for a couple days and showing us the area from Sept 27 - 28th?

Thanks! I really love the look of the late 1st gens. So far the plans are so the timing belt since it has 165k on it and I don’t know when it was done last (supposedly at 60k)

After that though rear leaf springs are flat, so prob gonna do some flavor of lifting when the time comes

 

And so it begins. Haha.

If you ever want to come wheel with us, you’re welcome. Plenty of open seats for you to ride along.

The real problem I have now is I have a 91 Toyota truck that needs a little work. I have 2 money pits lol

Did I miss the memo where evreyone drinks those now? My boss and his entire legion of yes man do now, my mother in law, and a few other people i know. A few years ago i didn't see anyone drink them.

 

If I ever ask for an old fashion I'm not referring to the beverage

 

A handy? Yea those are the best and only ones I partake in.

 

It's been my go to dinner drink for at least 14 years.
