I thought the Wrangler Kevlars got more traction than the All-season P tires (I don't know what they were exactly) on a Hyundai Santa Fe I drove for a week last year.

In deep snow the Wrangler Kevlars seemed to slip just like they do in mud. But on the iced over plowed road they got pretty good traction for me.

YMMV but that is what I experienced. I don't hotdog it around on winter road though!

I have had my stock wheels and tires on craigslist for over a month with just 300 miles on them asking $875 and willing to take $800. Crickets.

I got $400 for the wheels and $300 for the tires. 5k on tires. Had to separate them so subtract in $40 for dismount. Got a lot more interest once they were separated

Folks that are wanting to run factory takeoff tires usually already have the wheels. And people that want the wheels are usually in the market for upgrading their older rig so want better tires. You are looking for a very special buyer. And most are smart enough to go buy them separate for $300 each and put them together if they want a set. The only way I could see yours being worth close to your asking price is if they’re still balanced with the sensors in them.

Anything to say about the snow performance? While new more aggressive tires are nice, I'm mainly concerned with how the stockers perform in snow for this coming winter.

Thanks for the feedback! Gives me a bit more confidence that these would be okay in snow. Most of the stuff I drive through in winter is the plowed stuff and occasionally a few inches of fresh powder if the plows haven't come back around during a storm.

They obviously aren’t as good as a dedicated snow tire but we live an a pretty good hill and my wife got around just fine with them. In fresh snow and slush they are good. Packed icy roads not as good but they hold a straight line and keep you in control if you drive like a sensible person. Our road is also private so it doesn’t get plowed as well as a county road.

Awesome, thanks for the input! From those who have kept them, sounds like snow performance is fine. I drive super slow anyways, regardless of snow or not so I think I may keep them.

That is exactly what I plan on doing once my listing clears. I was hoping some tacoma owner with base wheels might want to upgrade.

Well shit, I guess I did real good. I got $550 for the tires with a couple hundred miles and $400 for the off road wheels. I sold them separate as the tires were compatible with other trucks. Guy bought them for his Dakota then someone with an old Toyota truck wanted the wheels.

I sold mine to a guy who wanted a set of wheels for his winter tires. Then once the tires were off it opened up the market to a lot more vehicles and they sold quick.

Put an ad on facebook and sold all oem tires including the spare at 28k miles with 5/32 of tread for $100 the next day. Kept all the original wheels though
