17" Method Grid Titanium rims w/ Pro Comp Sport A/T 265/70/17 tires, Mobtown Offroad ribbed Tailgate skin, installed LED lights in painted rear bumper black, faux TRD grill, color match grill surround. LEDs in map, license plate, center console, and dome lights. Anytime driving lite mod, debadged, vent visors, AA Maglite mounted under center console armrest. Antitheft hose clamp on tailgate, LED bed lighting kit. LED spot lights in lower front bumper. Weathertech floor mats. Painted various interior parts black, homemade 7 pin relocation bracket, Valet under door LEDS, CMC, SPC UCA, Bilstein 5100, OME 885, Headstrong AAL. Pop&Lock.
Finished the install of the Marlin Crawler and Total Chaos Lower Control Arm Cam adjuster HD brace/gusset kits. No pictures because I had to grind out so much porosity (welded gas MIG on a breezy day outside) and re-weld it with flux core and now it's not pretty but I know it's Effin STRONG though!!!

Took the LCAs off to do the job and cleaned and repainted everything I could just because, so I had to get anouther front end alignment too. It will be great to drive my truck everyday again, because it took me about 3.5 weeks to complete the job (I'm a slow learner/worker) so I gave her a full detail today too.

Every now and then I flirt with the idea of getting a newer 2nd Gen to replace my 09. Then I spend the day workin on her and then an easy wash, wax and cleaned up. I think I'll keep her20190902_123216.jpg

I finished my >6k road trip around the USA and got a custom made decal for all the states my truck has been to. Admittedly, I suck at applying decals and it looks terrible (even part of VA fell off), but the day I got back to work I found out I'm moving overseas and I'll be selling my truck in a few months anyway.

Finished the install of the SOS Concepts bolt-on rock sliders today. Saturday was prep and primer. Sunday was truck bed liner application. Today was bolt them on. Install only took about an hour doing it alone. Floor jack and two jack stands made it easy. The very front bolt was challenging to tighten since it's hidden in the box section of frame. Milwaukee impact wrench helps big time.

Rosie started to sound like she had a super charger on board and my mileage dropped sharply... yesterday, for a few minutes, I smelled burning rubber. Serpentine belt only had 20k on it, but I knew the idler pulleys were original. One of the two upper pulleys seized for about 10 seconds and I almost lost the belt. I knew this was coming and thankfully already bought the parts.

And Toyota says I have “medium” rust...

I know, right? Half my frame looks like the two bad pulleys, the rest looks like the “best” one.

New OEM Bilsteins + springs from 2019 OR installed thanks to @jtaco11!

The advice is true. I did get a measurable 1+ inch lift in the front!

Rotated the tires and adjusted the E brake. That has got to be the easiest E brake to adjust in all the years I have been driving

Finally installed my new toys. Icon Stage 4(ish). It's beautiful. Took us several hours in a 110° garage, but it's done.

Did icon front and rear with resi, Icon DJ UCAs and an Icon full leaf pack..
