It's been hit and miss, I am on a high drive, but the fiance isn't as much. About 3 weeks before her show she lost interest, probably due to the crazy amount of cardio and lack of food. It is what it is.

Even after the show, she is still hit and miss right now. I agree with Taco about the look good feel good and that may contribute to it as well. and well tren

    :cookiemonster:

It's because it's very androgenic. The full name of "roids" is never used. Anabolic Androgenic Steroid is the full length name. Steroids often are both, androgenic and anabolic, but typically they weigh heavier on one of the 2 "A's" than the other.

Drugs which are very Androgenic (Basically means MALE features - hair, sex, strength, you can FEEL these working) -

    Testosterone
    Trenbolone
    Dianabol
    Anadrol

Drugs that are more Anabolic (these are the drugs responsible for quality muscle growth - more expensive and you cannot 'feel' them)

    Primobolan
    Equipose
    Deca Durabolin
    Anavar
    Winny

There are hundreds of more steroids - but these are the most common.

Had a great weekend away with the fiance. We spent a couple days hitting festivals and wineries. Gained 7 pounds over 3 days haha. I'm restarting this week back to my 2800 protocol until my meal prep runs out. After that I am shifting gears back to 3300 calories and going to see where that train brings me.

I should be able to slowly gain on 3300 for awhile, until I can get use to the foods and use the extra calories as energy to fuel my workouts harder. I do plan to be around 4200 by the end of the season.

Goal is to compete at the Indiana State Championships end of August as Classic Physique. My class can be up to #220 and I am about 192 stage lean (guesstimate). I need to build 15 pounds of muscle, not LBM. This will be challenging... I have to start prep May 20th roughly. This gives me a solid 12-13 weeks to trim up.

May 20th to now is 261 days. That is 1 pound of muscle gained every 17 days... When you out it like that... That sounds insane. Ok let's try and shoot for 10 pounds of muscle, lol. 1 lb nearly every month. That is doable. 1 lb every 17 days sounds like a reach, even on steroids.

Still on the low weight, low frequency, high volume kick. Body is healing up nicely. Here’s some high bar, slow descent, pauses. Last set of 4x6

First low bar squats in five weeks. Easy little 3x10. My brother stopped in to call me out on my shit depth half way. Haha. Felt really good. Going to keep the low bar frequency lower this time to save my shoulders.

Depth is good enough. You’re doing reps, not trying to get white lights on the platform...

At least you aren’t wasting your time doing calf raises with a barbell o_O

The half squats he was with 345 before that were even more impressive. HAHA.

Do you compete? I’m 9 months into this little PL venture of mine. Really want to do a meet in the near future.

    Agree with TC. Good job.

Who's shoes are sitting next to the rack? Those are what I use to do any amount of squatting in. Love my Adipowers. (Yes IK those aren't Adipowers just saying LOL)

Mine. I’ve been wearing Nike Romaleos for about 10 years. Those are the original pair. I squat high bar in heels and low bar in flats.

I did 2 meets in 2018 before I had to fix my hip. They are a ton of fun.

Slowly adding more weight on my squats hoping the hamstrings stay in one piece. Worked up to 315 for a couple of singles this morning. Can definitely tell I haven’t touched heavy weight in a while. Then backed down and did some box squats and high rep leg press. Had the shakey legs as I was walking out.

I bet! That’s what I’m looking for. That, and I train better when there’s something to train for. I used to really enjoy going to local CF comps. I miss the atmosphere.

Rode like 36 miles on my mountain bike the past 2 days. Ate lots of tacos and drank lots of beer and still weighed 179 this morning #winning

Back to 182-184 this week after gaining all that water weight back from work lol

Couple buddies and I went on a 4 day fishing trip where I drank nothing but natural light and ate nothing but fried fish and other crap. Did legs before work with squats being 320x5, 370x5 and 415x6. Finished it off with front squats, sissy squats, lunges, and some calves/air squats. Wore a sweatshirt and just detoxed all the booze out.

Gained 5lbs, looking forward to seeing the bloat go away and see where I’m actually at.
