    The Steelers are the ones who basically started the NFL 'juicing' trend, shortly before they started winning Superbowls. Once the NFL started really cracking down on it, you suddenly didn't see the Steelers at the big game very frequently any more. Terry Bradshaw has spoken a few times about the widespread usage by the team when he was playing. He downplayed it, of course (and who can blame him; most of the league followed Pittsburgh's lead down to Steroidville for the next 20 years), but hasn't denied using them extensively.
