yer back seems fine here :notsure:
    many

walkin' tacos we call them at camp
    also try this:
    make cornbread muffins at home
get all your regular tacos supplies cooked, diced, etc
    forget about the shells.
grab a bowl and throw a couple of muffins in, smash them up with a fork
throw all of your taco stuff on to, stir it up and enjoy
i do recommend ample amounts of salsa or taco sauce as the cornbread can absorb a lot so you need the salsa/sauce to keep things moist.

Evening everyone. Question for blood pressure med users. I have been on my new med for about a week and a half. I have one of those home bp monitors and just took a resting reading of 140 over 92, which is considered hypertension stage 1 from what I have read. I reckon that is not good or real bad, but bad enough. Are any of you in that range and if so what is your doc telling you? I am 52 btw, and a wheelchair rider 24/7, which may be affecting the bp too. Or not.

    Who the hell eats hash?!!!

Congratulations. You can now work in a carnival or be an average teenager in Yuma....who the hell eats tacos over a plate?

    ....smh

Give up the salt lick. Quit eating canned, processed and restraunt foods. If you do eat any of those, go for the heart healthy versions. Yes, it sucks. You'll get use to it.

    Good evening.

Haven't found it here although Hy-Vee started carrying Lebanon bologna in the "exotic" deli section so I don't have to order that from back home now.

Order it from Leona Meat Plant in Troy, Pa. They will not ship it until Oct. though and stop around March. Shipping cost more than the meat but worth it! I get 2 6 lb. bricks at a time. Local syrup works even out here.

Me too! Just started charcoal a little while ago. Been smoking on the kettle with the snake method lately.

Sausage patties and Anaheim crab stuffed peppers wrapped in bacon tonight. Will be time for bed by the time the bacon wrap finishes. And they are done when the bacon says they are done LOL.

Working on all of that. Getting back to cooking real food instead of processed crap. Trying real hard to stay above the 6 foot earth line.
