Refresh my memory on that location.

I think I saw a post by you on a FJ site about the Callantee trail in Mt city TN. I'm thinking about going down to check it out this thursday 8-26-10. Hopefully parts of it are not too rough for stock suspension. If it proves to be doable I may try to get a group of tacos to go.

Near, Norton Va. I do own a FJC but I wheel with Tacos as well. :D

I did go and check Callantee out a year or so back in the dead of winter. The streams were frozen over and ice everywhere. So, I may have picked a bad time to check it out. Overall, there seemed to be very little trails and two extremes in the trails I found. Either a dirt road or trails where u could expect major body damage. I came to the conclusion that there wasn't enough trails to do a run there.

However, i've heard from several people that there are tons of trails there. So, maybe I didn't look in the right places. :)

thanx for the heads up guys. you may have saved me a wasted trip. However, if not to wheel we should get a group together sometime to just sit around a drink some beer.

In all seriousness, I saw nothing easy when riding atv's around there. I could have missed all the easy trails ????

MAYBE, but chances are no for me because I haven't got to trim hardly at all for those 35s yet. I still need to get my hands on a spanner wrench to lift the front up another inch or so to level it out. Right now it sits like a top fuel dragster lol
