    I almost went that route. Decided to run rocker switches instead and installed them in the roof of the cubby where they can’t even be seen.

    I built my own custom project box and mounted right over top of the fuse box under the hood. The switch panel connects to the relay box with a basic computer VGA cable which I had to buy a little longer(4') to work for the location I settled on. I am quite happy with the results.

    Yeah the sail clips fell in as soon as I removed it. Once I got the replacements I put them in the door and immediately pushed them into the place where clips go to die. So yea, put them on the sail and then push the sail with the clips attached into the door. Lessons learned.

    I lost some as well. Seems to be a common occurrence. One thing I did before reinserting the clips was to cover the hole with duct tape and cut a small slit in it.

    Yeah, I traded that Tacoma that I still owed on and a 2016 Limited 4Runner that only had 19k miles on it. That I had the title to. Kind of consolidated Toyota’s.
    I’ve only owned Toyota trucks and 4Runners my whole life, but never a tundra. I’m pretty happy with it.
