Damn! That’s some work! Beer will help in that situation. I figured you meant world peace, I was just being silly. Thank you for your insight.

Thanks for the suggestion. Hadn’t considered that idea.

Without threadjacking too much, what are the lower control arms worth? I could see myself buying an air hammer, but if it costs much more than the value of the lower control arms I might as well scrap it along with the frame.

I bought UCA’s for $340 a piece, from the dealer. I don’t know what the LCA’s are worth. A machine shop was able to press in new bushings, on my lower control arms, for a reasonable price. I would say they are worth more than the UCA’s. Maybe, maybe not...

I feel your pain. Sadly I now dread working on my Taco. Every single nut bolt clip and clamp is seized up on my truck. Ensuring no 10 minute job ever takes less than half a day.

Yep, PB Blaster only does so much. Heat torch helps, but rust is an ultimately destructive adhesive.

Yeah last job i got real proactive and shit 3 days of soaking with pb blaster and some torching and I still ended up breaking a bolt. My new approach involves a trip to fastenal, my favorite 1/2” impact, 150psi, and my newly acquired metric tap and dye set I’ve gotten pretttty efficient with lol
