Mine would be pretty funny to watch as an outside cat, all he does is flying swipes. Not even to actually attack, more just to “boop” whatever it is. Also he prefers to be chased as opposed to doing the chasing.

Your post is particularly funny to me because my wife sent me that after I brought Goggles (#5) home. Goggles was adopted under the “better to ask for forgiveness than permission” policy :D.

We feed our cats salmon. They love it. I get a lot of pink salmon as bycatch and snobby Alaskans like me won’t eat it, so it becomes cat food.

Sounds like win win! My uncle is from AK and is the same way. Wife is from the NE and won’t touch any lobster that isn’t from Maine.

Bet the cats brag to all the neighbor cats about how spoiled they are.

"Oh human....I didn't see you come around the corner. How long have you been standing there. Of course I wasn't about to jump into this basket of freshly washed clothes. You think so little of me".

    This is so very true!

Sitting on his bar stool and helping make dinner. Yes that’s a miniature cat pencil topper he is chewing on.

I give my cats Lactaid milk as a treat once in a while. Breezy makes an absolute mess when she laps it up and sprays it all over the the floor behind the dish, but Bella doesn't miss a single drop.

He’s confused. Normally he is up by 3am and wandering off. He can’t figure out why we are up before him.

My cat Hobbes can detect the sound of a tuna can being opened from a great distance. It's his super power.

I'm pretty sure cats do weird stuff from time to time, deliberately, just to keep the humans guessing.

Mine has a new thing where he'll dig his poo-hole, do his business, fill the hole in, and then sprint as fast as he can into the woods.

Don’t you love the black shirt you take out of the dryer and before you can get it hung or folded it already has hair on it.

    I have a similar photo....

Just a few less freckles....

Ours eat twice a day. They seem to do great on Holistic Select chicken but they wouldn’t know what to do with a piece of chicken to save their lives. They won’t touch any human food. Strangest thing.
Ours only drink bottled water and when their bottles (they drink out of rabbit water bottles) get down to about an inch they won’t touch it and will just stand there and meow like they haven’t had anything to drink for days.

    Such a cat thing! :rofl::rofl:

Talk about perfect timing... may I introduce you to ???? (no name yet - they were calling her Betty/Kitty - we will be changing that) and yes that makes #6. We rescued her on Monday and she is 6 years old. These are old photos from her previous home so I will try to get some updated ones soon. She’s still being very cautious about her new surroundings. She came home and immediately got a bath and the collar removed. Doing pretty well so far!! No fights, just a few hisses and growls. She’s really super sweet.
