After 2 tanks of 93 on the latest Bata I’m flashing back to 1.05 93 Oc Base. The damn tip-in lurch is still there from a standing stop or trying to back up to a trailer. And before some one pops off that it’s my truck or the operator it doesn’t happen in 1.05 Base.

Well, if it's not you or your truck then EVERYONE would be experiencing it, and they're not. ;)

04a61 2.0 base. I've put about 900 miles on mine. When the air conditioning is off the truck runs flawless. No issues to note. With the air conditioning on which I haven't done much lately seems to be still in the learning process. But overall very pleased. There seems to be alot of power loss with the air on which seems to be normal with these small displacement motors.

Yeah I did it myself using Techstream. I just double clicked the file and followed the prompts. It took like three or four minutes.

Don't forget that this latest beta of 2.0 is a base tune, not performance.

    3.5 is a small displacement?
We use AC here in Seattle year around for other reasons and I've never seen power loss since day one on stock and all available tunes. Something else is happening with you calibration. Better start logging the data

I guess you forgot about all the younger guys that loved the radical tip-in of , was it 1.03? from early last year.

Lol... I’m still on 1.03...91 oct.
Waiting for 2.0 final release then I can learn all over how to update my laptop with the new flash manager and reload whatever drivers and whatnot so I can flash....
Looks like I’ll b reading and watching the instruction videos to re-learn and maybe reaching out for help but until then I love the mostly positive reviews...

No, I remember. I'm just saying that not everyone who is running 2.0 with 93 is complaining about it. There are way too many variables involved to definitively say that it's NOT a particular vehicle or subset of vehicles. Then, of course, there's personal preference. As for me, I thought the tip-in on ALL the 1.05 performance tunes was way too aggressive, but on 2.0 it's just right. I tow a small camping trailer too, and don't have a problem with 2.0 when I do so.

    This ^^^^^^. All of this.

And, the fact that folks load and learn the tunes in different ways. Just too many variables that a one size approach has to be the starting point.

So, as I'm trying to get TechStream loaded to update to 04B04,to update to 2.0, a combine leaves its chute up, snags an electric line so now power is out, for a while. I'm loading 87perf, gear lock, need to get some time on it before my trip this weekend. Did I say arrgghhhh.
