Thankfully none of my coworkers own a toyota let alone a tacoma.

 

So I just got back from discount tire, and 35s are on order. I decided on the hankook rt03 because they were cheap af. Discount tire had them for $257 a pop, but they price matched Walmart down to $195. Then they gave me a discount on install since I’m buying the certificates.

A little under $1,300 OTD, with about $350 in savings. And now with certificates, if i puncture a tire, I’ll get a free replacement.

 

Certs are def the way to go. Esp if you offroad. Gotten 2 tires for free over the last few years.

 

They had to replace one of my grapplers with less than a thousand miles on it.

Fortunately all the nerds here that own Tacoma's are too nerdy.

 

The STT pro were $300 a tire, plus install, tax and certificates. It would have been roughly $1900. So a huge savings for me going with the hankook.

 

OMG yea! A no brainer. Just had me worried for a minute there since I am sold on them now.

I tell ya though....... Those Milestar Patagonia's are something worth a look.
