The 19's are already heavily discounted. You can get an AT Voodoo Pro here in the low 40's. Two months ago they wouldn't budge off of 48-50k on the same trucks.

It's making it mighty tempting to just go buy a 19.

    Oh same here.

I'm waiting to drive the 2020 4Runner, 2020 Taco, and seeing what the Bronco is going to be before I buy anything.

But the 2019 Tacoma Pro is awfully tempting at the reduced price lol

I'm going to test drive a 19 4Runner and Tacoma because there quite frankly isn't much difference other than the 4Runner getting TSS-P which is on the 19 Tacoma. I have a dealer who is going to put up a 19 DCLB TRD OR soon for sale that is used and I am going to test drive that as it is what I would get in the 2020. At this point finding a 19 DCLB OR Prem+Tech in Cavalry Blue (I prefer Voodoo Blue) will be very hard. I would have picked up a 4Runner Voodoo Blue TRD Pro if it had TSS-P on it as I am sure I could have gotten a huge discount on it.

Pretty much. I know the 4Runner, I don't need to drive one of those. But I need to check oot the new seat and headlights in the Taco.

If the 2019 4Runner had TSS, I'd have a Voodoo one in my driveway right now lol.

I'm really curious about the Bronco too. I have to wait until that announcement before I buy. I have a 2013 Tundra now, and there aint a dang thing wrong with it. I can be patient lol

I was ready to switch over to the 2020 4Runner until I found out that the version of TSS they're including in this year model doesn't include BSM. For me, this was a deal breaker. I would much rather have a 4runner over a Tacoma for my use case.

I have not driven a 4Runner yet, I drove a 19 Tacoma earlier in the year when I got my 2012 used, it was a DCSB so I really want to try the DCLB. I have yet to try an Ascent or Highlander which are also on my list.

Oof no BSM? That might be an issue as I was thinking 4Runner for naturally enclosed storage without a cap that may leak, but I would be stacking gear and blocking my windows and BSM would really be useful in this case, it may knock the 4Runner out then.

BSM is only included in the tech package for 2020 Tacomas, no standard. Just FYI.

My needs will easily be met by any of them. Mostly kid duties and some hauling. But trailers are better for that anyway lol

I have a Tundra on 35's with a camper shell and I don't really need BSM. So for me, it's not a deal breaker. Those small stick-on blind spot mirrors from Autozone are a $5 solution that work perfectly and cannot really fail lol.

Exactly and this is where they know they will make their money, how many people buy or can find a bare bones OR. Most will end up in the optioned out configs and higher profit margin trucks for Toyota.

I bet the price increase for the premium package has to do with all trials for service connect, etc listed in the package.

I might be close. If everything I’ve read here holds true options wise, I only see myself getting the LED head lights. I can live without the other stuff

Tundra OEM led headlights list for just under $500 per side. Tundra OEM LED fog lights are $60 per side.
