Took a late shipment. Only had time to install the drivers side rear before the sun went down. Swapping out my old Resi extended kings for the ones with Adjusters... We will see if they make a big difference or not! Old ones needed rebuilding sp I'm selling those to a local and upgrading!

finally finished the install of my bluesea voltmeter, usb ports, and cig charger in my truck bed cubby. I use a green mountain grill smoker while camping, and it runs on a cig lighter so I wanted easy access and a way to ensure my battery doesn't go to shit. my dremel skills are shit so its a bit crooked lol but pretty happy with the end result!

Installed Tufskinz center console carbon fiber accents. Shifter area is the raw (flat) and the console is the domed (glossy) which is a nice contrast.BC902FE7-0BE8-4628-8F64-34C729D3939A.jpg 6339B27E-D40E-48AE-9286-64A831D540EB.jpg

Thanks. The Markforged machines work exceptionally well with very little to no fuss setting them up. As you can tell, they pull off very professional prints every time.

This weekend my truck did it's job - my helping hand for DIY projects. Another solid day of work.
    20190831_162513.jpg

Pulled bushes, hauled them off, transported 15 bags of mulch, served as a step ladder so I could trim some branches, hauled said branches away transported a bed full of tools and equipment.

I dont have a thread or anything but I bought the panel on Amazon. Wired it to the battery, ran under the truck and then up to the cubby. The panel comes with a little cut out diagram that I just traced onto the cubby and then used a Dremel (at low speed) to cut it. High speed starts to melt the plastic. Once the panel fit, I took a drill and made pilot holes to punch through the cubby door and then 4 small bolts/nuts to secure it.

I just dropped my truck off at JT’s Just Differentials this morning. Eager and excited, waiting for the re-gearing and locker install.

Should be ready to pick up sometime tomorrow.

Finally decided to pull the trigger and chose to put a CB radio in my truck so that I could at least carry a basic communication system.

I had to troubleshoot my homemade antenna mount for a bit but now it’s working great!

Definitely a learning curve for me to calibrate and tune a CB for correct SWR but I got it working after a short time. After finishing the wiring and tuning I set the CB to scan for any stations in use. After about 30 seconds it picks up a channel and my introduction into the world of CB is a guy talking mid sentence and the first thing I hear is “I’m not taking a shit in my hand”.

What have I gotten myself into.

    0C05F4C1-BAC6-432B-AB35-04C526C740F4.jpg

I severely underestimated the size of the CB I bought but I was still determined to make it work.

I still need to finish sanding and cleaning up the edges, and then I’m debating painting the piece black but I just couldn’t resist getting it set up to play with it.

Nice, man! Digging that window decal too. I would try to add more caster to the alignment, looks like you’re already touching in that picture

Thanks I picked up the decal from etsy, should have been a little more careful in some spots. I just threw the wheels on during this picture. I am heading to get an alignment this afternoon then do the chalk test for air pressure. To be on the safe side I will get the CMC in a couple of weeks. So if the alignment doesn't fix the rubbing it'll sit for the most part until I get it squared away.
