Depends on the cut & fat content. Too much bone increases the price per pound. :)

    I wish :pout:

Will see if it’s still available when I get back from Arizona on Monday and see how the financials are looking.

Welcome to the thread! Beef ribs look awesome.

More pics of the UDS! I've been cooking on homemade UDS smokers for about 5 years now. They started off being not-so-ugly (clean builds, powder coated, etc.), but I managed to get one of them fully engulfed in flames, so it looks like a rust bucket, now . Still one badass little cooker, though!

Got a line on a 3x used 26in Weber Kettle for $100. I'm going to have to brave driving into the heart of the East side after work and probably get stuck in hellacious traffic on the way back but I'm not missing out on another one of these deals if I can avoid it.

Is that the one in Kirkland? Good find man. I've got a friend that works down there - I was tempted to call him and have him pick it up for me! I bit of a trek from Bellingham on a Thursday afternoon for me.

Haha maybe. I don’t need to spend the money right now though. Especially driving to Arizona and back. Gonna be a couple hundred just in gas

Love it! I like the dual risers.

Drum looks good and looks like you get the most out of it.

Thanks! There's actually a third intake on the back with no ball valve, just a cap. I basically start it with all 3 fully open, then at about 200 I close the ball valves halfway to sneak up on the temp. Holds temp really well once it's there's. I've owned a few commercial smokers, nothing real expensive. This is easily the best smoker I've owned.

Haha, that's my daughters. The garage is a weird half garage, unfortunately. As long as you turn the fuel valve off, and let the oil drip back into the case for half hour or so before starting them, no problems. One time I forgot to turn the fuel valve off....the entire airbox filled with gas
