The term millennial(as well as snowflake)is used improperly most of the time but it's catchy so people continue to just spew it out about anyone that doesn't agree with them.

Your trails look fun! I'd like to ride sometime! I usually do paved but that looks like a challenge. I've done the Dennis Johnston Park to Jesse Jones Park before. It's pretty close to that area.

I disagree. Each person is different. I know plenty of people that went to trade school when they would have been better off just getting a 4 year degree and working in an office. And vise versa. I believe in both options of trade school and traditional. I have siblings on each side of this argument and they are all doing great. Truly I wish we would encourage more youth to take 2 years off after high school to work in the real world and help find what path is right for them.

Absolutely to the 2 years off. I went from academic probation and suspension to deans list and graduating after taking a year off of school to work.

My point being I know far too many people with bachelors degrees that are worthless. But boy were they expensive. When I was in school trades were devalued and college was hailed the holy grail of your future. Not to mention the economy died in 2008 so all my friends seemed to have to do as I am now, working a low paying job that doesn't require much despite having a degree.

    BIG FACTS

idk who started this “goto a trade school” push but using your back your whole life rather than brain sucks and the pay isn’t all it’s hyped up to be. Welders wages haven’t gone up in years and there’s not as much demand as people think there is. I wish I would’ve gone to a 4 yr college while my mind and education was fresh. I could’ve moved up in a company as en engineer and have fun benefits and retirement and everything. Sure, you don’t make $100k starting out but I bet after 10 years of being an engineer you’re making more than 10 years of being a welder.

Goto a trade school if you want but it’s not the greenest grass in the neighborhood

Hey, as far as I know they don't block the roads or the internet pipes between OK and TX (although some might think they should :)), we will "see" you as much as we did.
