    That's where I got mine from. Mine doesn't rattle. If you used bed rails like PiercedTiger did, it won't move a bit. I used an aluminum strip on the left and an angled aluminum on the right. It wiggled a little so I put the plastic base (extra) behind the jack on the right side. It doesn't move at all.

    Agreed! Not to mention any sort of mounting brackets will get in the way when loading stuff or when sitting/laying/standing on the tailgate.

    yeah, i hadnt really thought about the negatives. i may be able to mount one to the outside of my toolbox, but it would probably have to be one of the shorter hi lifts.

    How big were you thinking? :laugh: The 60" one ain't gonna fit along the tailgate! it'd have to go down the side of the bed. Those of us with them mounted behind the cab have the 48" ("shorter") ones. :D
