Want some input from you guys. Reason for sale is simply new business owner and rather not have a car payment.
    Few Questions:

What could I sell outright for?
    Thoughts on a V8 4Runner as replacement?

Thinking I could buy a nice 4Runner V8 for under 15k with cash and no payment. Staying in family kind of and still having great reliability...dare I say even more?

    Quick Specs on Truck:

    2018 Cement TRD OR
    Tech/Safety Package
    Ceramic Coated
    35k Miles
    TRD Pro Baja Suspension
    TRD 4R Wheels
    OEM Tonneau
    Rigid Fogs
    Lots of little touches

I'd like to get 33K for it which I think is pretty fair? Dealers in my area are asking 35 and up for not a nice of truck.

    Thoughts?
    Suggestions?

If you saved any stock parts, get it back to stock and sell the mods separately. Mods don't have as high of an impact on resale as people wish they did.

Also, could you list your area? In my area Ive seen that kind of truck with that odometer reading go for about 31k.

Go to Autotrader.com and search for 4Runners in your area. Use the filter to set the max price at $15k and see what you get. Maybe up the price by ~$2k to allow for negotiation.

I've done a bit of searching and finding a V8 4Runner with low miles is a little challenge but I quickly found 3 with less than 100k miles for my budget.

Don’t buy a v8 unless gas mileage isn’t important to you lol a 4 mpg difference adds up. IMO

In my area i've seen used with 30k miles going for around 28-30k in good shape. Your mods don't really account for anything to the next buyer and may even discourage some from wanting to buy a modified truck.

Guess in FL they bring in more money. All are 33-36k for 3RD Gen TRDs.

I had a 4th gen 4Runner several years back. One of the common issues is the evaporative core failing as the miles go up with frequent AC use. Mine died at roughly 140,000 miles. It's an expensive fix at $1,800. Other than that it was a solid vehicle.

33 to 36k is brand new territory. It's your truck so feel free to ask for it, you won't know until you try right

From the little information you provided, 31k seems the most for trade in value.

OP you really need to do some research on what your vehicle is worth. KBB Nada Edmunds etc. Go to CarMax Autonation and get an appraisal.

I traded my 17 TRD Sport with 34.5k miles 2wd for $26.2K stock (as I knew what my vehicle was going for). Originally they only offered me 24k with all my mods. I would return it back to stock and sell the mods. Push for what its worth and be prepared to just walk away. I did and told them I wasn't in a hurry to sell or trade. GL
