Well I installed a new injector and at first it wasn’t firing, drove it around and it started working. Cleared the codes and now I’m getting a pending code p0300. Engine is running on all 6 cylinder but I’m getting some random misfire somewhere. Any ideas?

Clear your ECU and try again. Could be some air in your fuel lines. Could also be that your stock ECU doesn't like the new injectors :notsure:

If the stock ecu doesn't like the fuel injector would a piggy back fix this issue?
and I have cleared the light a few times. This last time its not showing up on my dash but the reader picks it up as pending code.

I don't know. How big are the injectors? Could be running was too rich. In that case, yes, a controller would fix it (piggy back or standalone).

I would reset and retry though, in case it was air in the fuel line.

After last reset the code hasn't come back yet. Another unusual thing happened today. I went to start the truck and it cranked but wouldn't start. Then after cranking and giving a little bit of gas it fired up. I let it run and warm up and tried again to see if it will repeat and this time it cranked for 15-20 seconds before it started up. After driving it around a few miles I tired again and this time it fired right up. Not giving me any codes.
Maybe the injectors are to big. Could be flooding the cylinders? they are 305cc.

Try unhooking the battery for 30 min to do a good reset on the computer. I don't think the injectors would be causing an issue, if the working properly.

This sounds like air in the fuel lines but could be flooding cylinders. When you give it "gas" you're actually just giving it air (opening the TB). The extra air could have helped detonate fuel in a flooded engine. 305cc should be ok but you will def need a piggy back to keep from running too rich.

Do you have an AFR sensor? Should consider getting one with the S/C. Will help with troubleshooting, tuning, and monitoring.

I don't have an AFR sensor but looking into getting one. was thinking to get a boost gauge with integrated AFR that way I would only need a single pod but not sure how good they are.

I also experienced the HG-LR (higher gear - lower RPM) pinging with the stock pulley (5 or 6 pounds of boost), and I live at 5400 feet.

In URD's defense, I don't believe they wrote that software, but I otherwise agree. It is crap.

Ok I have yet another update.
Today I was driving from my lunch brake and my truck started acting strange, code came on as I sat at a red light and the really rough idle began. I turned the truck off and cleared the code but nothing changed. Then the light came on and the truck barely went 10mph... I tried giving it throttle but it only grabs at about 85-90% open throttle. anything lower the RPMs stay low almost like a limp mode.
The code that came on is P0172 (oxygen sensors detect that the air fuel mixture is too rich). It cant be a dirty sensor since I just cleaned it a few weeks back.
Any idea what this could be?

What year truck? What does the scanner show for TPS readings?

Throwing this out as a shot in the dark but I read you changed the fuel pump... did you also change the fuel pressure regulator? I've never boosted anything but if your throwing more flow at it don't you need to compensate for the pressure change as well?

I did upgrade the fuel pump and injectors but if the FPR was not letting enough fuel into the system it would be running lean not rich. I could be wrong tho...

Check the FPR vacuum line, make sure it doesn't have any fuel in it.
You need a scanner to get TPS readings.

I have an ultra gauge but not sure how to find that reading.
I did drive the truck home after work and it ran completely fine.

You can't run bigger injectors on stock ECU.

I thought all you had to do was just "reset" the ECU when you install the kit.. pull the ECU fuse for a solid 15min then off to the races

I also don't have a SC installed so I'm purely speculating here based off info I've creeped from other posts

One your scan gauge when in the gauge mode, just push one of the buttons until the "TPS" comes up.
