We'll see, I'll let you know. I'll have to dig out my 28" barrel from the garage, as I have my 18" barrel on my shotgun right now.

Sunday would be less than a half day for me and we probably wouldn't get enough people together to cover that 40 acres of corn; its gonna be a stretch on opening day to get it covered.

I hope so. I used to have a squat max of 405, just tried to do a light pyramid starting at 135 for 12 and I was only able to muster 12, 10, 8, 6 all at 135....

but you gotta think, you're squatting more than you used to and probably a little more unbalanaced.

The problem with getting back into squatting hits in the first couple weeks. You will think your legs are too sore to push hard again next week, but they are not. Embrace the suck.....it’ll all be worth it in the end.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
There are no reps...there is no pain..

Strength training by method of 2min intervals for each activity.

Example, Squats, pick a weight that makes sense. One you can easily push 10 times. Now do that for 2mins.

Same for Dips. Your strength will not only come back, but you will push yourself harder than ever before.
    Your whole body will transform.

Your first week or so back is gonna be the worst. Especially the second day blues. No pain no gain is how I see it!

In HS I was trained by a gold medalist.

He taught me a style of strength training that is unmatched. In which every workout you pushed your max, not in weight but in overall strength training.

As I progressed, my max went thru the roof. But not just that, my whole body was just as strong. I could do over 100dips weighted in 2mins easily.
By the end of HS I was easily maxing 415, running a 4.4 40yds and weighed in at 265lb.

I tell you this not to boast, but to change your mind set. Your body gets used to those reps, pyramid workouts, yada yada. You wanna see some results..

Get a stop watch, and breath in your nose and out your mouth!

I owe my coaches and the Olympic medalist. I was able to pick what big division school I wanted to play ball at, but further more it taught me there is no ceiling.

Let’s just say your choppers look like a butter knife in my claws! Lol

Oh and please bring one of those choppers to the event, would like to handle one if you remember to.

I appreciate you introducing me to those CPK knives. My edc3 is easily the best knife I have ever owned.
