That’s a nice case, think I’ll get that. Thanks!

I’ve ruined some nice Christmas decorations like that. Put them away with batteries still in then pull them out the next year and the leaked batteries rusted and ate through the electronics. Sucks.

I just broke out my single probe ThermoPro to put in the fish smoker this weekend and it looks like the remote and probe won't connect anymore. Still works for checking temps but I have to actually walk to the smoker to use it. Now I know what it's like to be @Misplaced Nebraskan with no WiFi:annoyed:

Coming from an electronics background it's more than likely fixable. :)

Somebody had given me a rundown on wings on a weber premium with a vortex last year and I can't find it. Tailgate season kicking back in tomorrow, if that was you, or you have that knowledge, please tell me again, lol. I am used to doing them around 325 on the egg, indirect with a foil pan under the platesetter and after about 45 minutes listening for the drips to stop hitting the pan and sizzling, but that wasn't possible on the weber/vortex combo

They'll be covered in spicy meat massage, obviously

Must be nice smoking meat down in these hot ass areas. Very fuel efficient I imagine haha. In Arizona right now it’s a crisp 106 right now. Wish I could smoke some meat this weekend!

It's not bad running the smoker, it's the grill that can get ya.

    I believe it.

I’ve decided that if the portable GMG is still available when I get back, I am going to buy it

Damn right. Now I’ll be portable. I can always have smoked meat no matter where I go! As long as I drive
