Best comeback to those [ALL]animal-lover vegan type is if that food prep butcher added a marinade stock with typical aromatic veggies like celery, onions, garlic, and carrots...ya know, to "cross-contaminate" meat and veg together...make the meat bathe in veg mmmmm!

I have friends who are vegan and they don't judge my meat-included diet...they are vegan for healthier directed nutrition. That type is totally fine.

It makes no difference to me if someone is vegan. Just don't push it on me.
I suppose it's the same with politics, religion, CrossFit; I can make my own decisions regarding these things. Don't force it on me.

For the record, I’ve actually eaten vegan and raw food diet for a significant portion of my life. It’s a bout nutrient absorption, not animal rights. Animal kindness however is completely respected and expected.

Edit: CrossFit is native to me. I don’t even know what a CrossFit gym is because when I wake up, it’s just what I do naturally. CrossFit is just in my dna I guess!
