Used to have those all over our jobs. Two guys would shoot X-RAYS of our welds. I hated 100% x-ray jobs, talked to damn long.

We Just finished the drive up to Ft Bragg, :curls: nice and smooth with very little traffic once past Healdsburg. Took the back way out of Marin and cruised HOV from Petaluma on. I know the 4-banger is under powered but it's still pleasant to drive and enough power to go as fast as I wanted to be going with the load we were carrying. Building a hogwire panel deck railing so Her sister can get finaled. Stopped at Martin ranch supply and cut a 5'x 16' panel into 5- 3' x 5' sections and loaded them on the cap roof. Earlier this afternoon cut 36-1" x 1" stops for 3 sides, the bottom pegs into the bottom rail w/out stops so no water trap there. Tomorrow I get to scavenge her wood pile for cap rail and bottom rail:poking:

    Happy Healing!
Just had surgery on August 12 myself. Pain meds suck!
They’re good when you really really really need them. They suck when you don’t.
Like a dilaudid/ fentynel epidural is nice when you need it but it’s a wonderful time when you don’t need it anymore and that shit is gone!

My stomach finally started working about 4 days later. It was a bad restart. And I did make it to the toilet.

I don’t know. There can be some benefit to that. If your body is super broken and you can’t wipe your own ass not being able to poop can be a good thing as long as it’s a short period of time.

Day 1, picked out and milled the cap rail and bottom rail, all used lumber. Installed those then cut the wire panels to fit and installed them along with the stops that hold them. I'm beat. Planking waiting for the meds to kick in.

The house doesn't look like much but she's been working steadily to improve it starting with the foundation. We added the deck more than a year ago but just now getting back for them railing. Play day tomorrow then finish this up and build gates.

    You would know.

I hope to never have that “need”. I can’t stand being injured let alone run over...
