@MESO lights are bright as fuck.... It's about pitch black here right now and these were taken with no flash. Just the new dome and map lights on in the truck.

Noice! Welcome to the Ti club. Also, welcome to the "there is no lighting that does justice to the elegance of Ti in a picture" club.

Shitz nice isn't it. Rick does great work.

    Since you're here....

Titanium hubs I turned when I was in college for the Formula SAE car. I started with 6" solid Ti round stock.

    Looks like precision work....quick question:

They fit the 3rd gen head unit for radio controls?

Nope, doesn't matter anyway. They were limited edition. Only 6 were ever made. 3 fronts and 3 rears. We did make a set out of Aeremet 100 the year before. :D

Be careful what you wish for.

I have a bunch of ideas, but nothing has really grabbed a hold of me like these knobs have. ^ Most of those are Taco seat spacers, but that aluminum blank in the background was my latest project. It is a wall hanger for lathe quick change toolpost holders. Guessing this isn't the place to sell those, though.

I keep wandering around, but don't worry, @tonered has been trying to keep me focused.

Trying too hard is never good. Gotta wait for that moment when you go, "shit-yes, let's make that" ... then there's a poof of smoke where my body was. I work best when there is a need for something, probably like most people.

If I were better with electrical stuff like some of the guys on here, this would be much easier.

On the electrical front, this is me.

So much this. It is just an effort to keep the antennas up and tuned in.

Going to install mine this morning . Looks amazing out of the box . Went over the instructions and it seems strait forward . How do the little color spacers work ?

I installed mine a few days ago and it turned out great. The spacers you just cut small enough to sit on the shift stalk it's designed to stop the knob from turning at the point where it lines up straight. Trial and error a bit.

Very nice I'm going to do that to my knob too. What kind of paint did you use?

Testors enamel and a little thinner and some non-acetone nail polish remover.
