    Butt dyno...feel a little more power through the gears. A little more umph when I’m at 60-70 mph in 5th gear. Really what I was looking for.

    Haha. So far towing with the truck I get about 1 mpg better.

    Not too bad, frame has intermittent surface rust. But halted since I sprayed fluid film. I need to spray more :rolleyes:

    Hasn’t posted here in a bit. Got back the end of last week from bowhuting elk in Colorado. In six days saw nothing less than a mile or two glassing. Day 7 I got on a STUD bull but couldn’t get a good shot on him. Lots of fun. Learned a lot making many mistakes.

    Just finished reading through. Great little rig man. One day i'll be back into a tacoma and make it into my 4x4/wheelin rig. Torn between and access cab or reg cab. Great job!

    Also I see what you mean about the gaps on the side of the bumper. May only be one option... To re drill the mounting holes partway through, like an oval, maybe some welding to fill the old holes. Unfortunately. Great looking build either way.

    Thanks. Tried the suggested washers to tilt it but there’s a limit to how many I can put on before it bends. Either way it’s a paid for rig that I really enjoy.

    Speaking of antelope. A few pics of such hunt. I drew an antelope tag in eastern central Wyoming and DIY hunted on BLM land. I was able to hunt the last three days of the season and tagged out on the second day. I glassed a lot of different spots while I was there but really only one spot held a lot of them, most other areas where I saw them was on private land.
