+1 for yoga. And hot Pilates. I feel like shit if I miss a week. It’s a struggle to get my ass to class, but I always feel so much better after. I’ve seen improvements in my blood work, stamina, and flexibility. As well as getting my butt back. No need for a belt here.

Although I have both. I only make time for MTB . One time when I was riding in SC there was a 60 year old guy that was kicking out ass. Left us in the dust :anonymous::turtleride:

I have both as well, but I don't have to drive anywhere to ride my road bike. I live about 500' from the Sacramento River. I can ride into Old Sac along the river. It's a nice ride if it isn't windy. There and back is about 17-18 miles.

I'm too out of shape to enjoy mountain biking.

Got some custom pin striping done today. Both sides a perfect match.

Woot! Today was play day at the Little River Inn golf course. Couldn't putt for shit but the trees learned to fear me. Actually was a good day off the tee but golf stories are boring unless you find a supermodel in the woods willing to help you find your balls. Got back to the house and picked through the bone pile for some decent wood and managed to wrestle this stuff away from some ants that could find work on most NFL offensive lines.

Should be enough for the main gate & 1/2 gate at the top of the stairs. Just need to rip it into net ~1-3/4-2" square stock.

Yikes. Looks like a fire in Butte is causing evacuations.

    Hope everyone is safe :(

Yep. Mom lives a mile from the West most edge of it. Been on voluntary evacuation but looks like it's just the annual look out call for that area..

Damn #swedesfire mandatory evacuation boundaries are about a mile from my house. Guess it's time to pack a bag

I have pre burnt camp area. And a restroom outside. Can work for over night at least. Don't be afraid to ask if you need.

For when you want to rip a small tree out of the ground, try a Jack.

I have one I’m selling. It’s a 2010 Turner 5-Spot. Medium Size, Full XTR, 6” travel fox fork. Super nice components. It was built a show bike for inter bike in 2010 and then sat on a showroom floor until 2013 when I bought it.

This is the only pic I could find on my phone.
