    Did it slip before or after your fluid change ? Did you do a flush with pan drop or just a flush or a drain and fill ?

    Maybe drop the pan ,change the screen ,check your magnets and see what’s sticking to them . Refill with new amount of fluid that came out of pan . I think around 4 quarts . Maybe @gearcruncher can give you some info .

    Did you ask Toyota how bad the fluid looked when they did a flush ? That might be helpful .

    Transmissions begin slipping in 1 gear only . If it slips in more than 1 gear , chances are its low on fluid .
    Your transmission is completely computer controlled . Do you have a scanner ?
