I'm thinking I could probably manage building the lower as long as I order all the right stuff lol palmetto has an upper receiver with barrel assembled for like $220

Yeah, NV is an eventual goal but it’ll be over 5 years before I get to that point.
I heard about the 22M promo on the podcast and it sure was tempting.

The lower is stupid simple, the most difficult part is your takedown detent and the only tools required other than an Allen wrench for the pistol grip is an armorers wrench for the castle nut on the stock and a punch to deform where the castle nut meets the receiver to keep it from loosening.

Yeah i seen that. I think I might be able to accomplish that. Plus I'd know the gun better than if I just bought one

my worst was when i was unscrewing the buffer tube from a lower and forgot about the spring and buffer retainer under pressure and it shot straight up into my eyeball and it had oil all over it for extra effect.

Just found out about this. I already have a AR9 that uses Colt mags, but wish I would have had this option when I was building.

This converts a stop AR mag into one that takes 9mm. Even has bolt hold open. It's sick! and only $30.

I’m personal friends with the owner of that company and can attest to the quality of everyone of his products. I personally don’t have the light mount yet but I run his BUIS and his Eotech mounts. Everything they produce is top quality.

Do you need a laser? If not I'd recommend the Olight PL-Pro with the rail mount switch. I love my PL-Pro and will use it on my P80 once nightfall customs can start making holsters for it.

I looked at that one, but most of my armadillo shoots are CQC and felt that the laser would ensure a faster kill. For $109+, I jumped on it.

My neighbors appreciate that I'm quietly reducing the population and have offered up ammo, but I still have to keep my range fan clear of their homes/cars... :infantry:
