Uber jelly @HolyHandGrenade I’m trying to DIY a trailer from scratch after seeing you reframe the Sears trailer and you already on 2.0 and I haven even drawn anything up.. Stuck on the damn garage renno.. will be 1 year since gutting it last October. Welds look super clean. I’m about 2 months out from making a weld table then I can blow the dust off the new 211 and open up the spewl gun

    WSM? With some mayo?

Half some pènos and fill them with cream cheese, quarter some sausage links and take the casings off, pack the sausage on the jalapeño half and wrap it in bacon. I’ve used block cheese in the past instead of cream cheese but this go around I prefer the cream cheese. I usually cook them up in a pan but smoking worked good too. Best thing to do is take two after they are done on a hotdog bun... I’ve heard them called Devil Dogs

Glassboro, I haven’t been there in almost a year but it was the first time I ventured into the old building with all the tools from businesses that went out of business

It’ll be well worth it. You’re putting together a very nice shop man. I don’t draw things up. I just start welding lol.

It is. I’ll probably sell it. I just wanted a project. Already had the steel laying around to build the frame.

Thinking I may just do the fab work. Let someone else make it pretty. I hate that part.

Although... we do want to do Moab again next year. The Kokopelli with the trailer was the most fun I’ve ever had wheeling.

We are trying to buy a place in PA right now on 11 acres with a giant pole barn. Guy used to own his own semis and the tractors fit in there. So it’s big...

If we do, I’ll have the space to build the tow rig I want. So it’s all up in the air right now. I just had the itch to weld something this morning. It had been too long.
