    I have 5100s
    888 coils
Old man emu heavy duty leafs.

My friend has the same set up.
When i mentioned this problem I was having he practically stole the words out of my mouth to tell me he has the same problem.

So in a situation where there is a speed bump and then another a short distance ahead.
When i hit the first speed bump i hear a clunk from under the front end. When i hit the second one its quiet and smooth. Continually making me think im insane until my girlfriend heard it as a passenger and then my friend mentioned having the same exact issue.
Had it up on a hoist very briefly and everything seems tight...my sway bar seemed maybe a little looser on one side than the other....i duno...
Has anyone else had this and solved the issue?

I don't have a sway bar and my 888s clunck. Not sure what it is. Could be the spring making noise when fully compressed

Between that noise, my LCA bushing noise from improper torque, and my rear diff whine .... you get used to it. Lol.

    Two words. Shits smooth.
Try it for a day while off-roading and you'll never go back. Trust me.

Pro, independent articulation out of your independent front suspension. Soaks up bumps and rocks while off-roading

Cons, makes some people uncomfortable doing 70 on a decent bend going down hill lol

I get this exact thing on my stock truck, if makes you feel any better. First bump in X amount of time always gives a clunk or tink of sorts, every following bump is quiet as can be. Not specific to YOUR setup.

Mine's gone too. More articulation off road. I don't notice it's gone during daily driving. Haven't had to make an evasive maneuver yet, but probably less stable there.

The trick is to keep your truck dirty enough that even normal people will assume it's a noise related to off-roading and they'll at least think you're cool:thumbsup:

Fully compressing an 888 on a speed bump is YouTube worthy.
