New England B.S. Thread

Turned out to be M10x1.25. The hardest part was running a tap up there, tight quarters and all. I used a pair of 6" long 1/4" socket extensions backwards with the tap loosely in the open end and put the male end in that tap handle.

 

I feel like the tundra would not look good in yellow, and the Tacoma amd t4r maybe bleh at best for me. I'm just not a yellow person on vehicles except for possibly some exotics

 

Out furniture shopping and saw this display in Portsmouth

 

Got rid of the cap, and traded with another member. Much happier the cap was so limiting. Cant believe the room inside these tents!!

 

Cool. What did you mount the tent to?

 

I have the same bar / bracket combo on my truck and was quite pleased with the final fit / finish. I wish I could run it on the street!

 

I actually just picked it up from another member who’s trading his truck. Got a good price for a good product

Leaf no trace!

 

While out grocery shopping this am, ran into my yota service advisor, the good. Yota has included upto and including atleast 2017 in the frame warranty or what ever they call it. The bad news. 1-yota feels it needs to include 3rd gens in the frame stuff. 2-it will cost me about 200 bucks for yota to mount balance and install my newly purchased TPMS. Or it’s cheaper for me to have them unmount and change over my current TPMS to the new rims, but if they break one, it will cost me 200 to replace. WTF, they break it, I buy it.

 

If my 2018 gets included I’d be happy I think. Wait as long as possible and then basically get a new truck in a few years.

This wouldn’t be too devastating to me, especially since I never hit up the fluid film meets.

It's always at the Patriots Diner in Woonsocket. Assuming it's an employee there.

 

Those rims look like laundry baskets.

 

With wheels that big, it needs much taller tires. If it had some big, ridiculous tires on those wheels, and a 6” lift, I still don’t think it’s look good, but I think it’d be better. At least it’d be in the correct proportions.

 

Which is unfortunate because i’m sure they were far from cheap!
