    Finished my Co2 project. 10# tank. 150psi fixed regulator from poly performance. Quick coupler from the auto parts store. $120 all in.

    I’ll use my ARB hose and chuck.

    I’ve had these two big quick fists for years I got for free. Decided to give them a try. They secure it surprisingly well.

    @Snowy

    How did you modify your hinges?

    I saw where some people were cutting the hinge pins out and replacing them with a clevis pin. I don't think that was how yours were done, but I can't remember.

    I'm thinking pretty hard about redoing this already.

    I might cut a hole the diameter of the tank in the bottom of my toolbox and slide the tank down in it. It'd be a little more out of the way and the fittings out of the weather. Would only cost me a little storage space. Hmmm...

    I just slotted the top hole and run only top bolts so all you have to do is loosen them and lift the door on or off

    Kicking around s couple idea for the half doors. Leaning toward this. I want to retain enough door to keep mud and shit off me. Judging by the usual pattern of mud spray, I think this is the best compromise between visibility and keeping stuff out.

    I’d go lower towards the body line. You’ll gain a ton of visibility by going that low and you’ll be incentivized to stay away from mud

    There’s no staying away from mud all the time. Going to make that cut first. If I need more vision, I’ll add this one to it.

    Got one cut. Ran out of daylight. Going to bolt this one up and see how I like it before I start on the other. 7783BC0D-EDC0-471D-9269-99FC0E79B040.jpg
