Not really... see aluminum corrosion inside of it.. they cheap enough I usually replace them. If I have them off.

corrosion from dried leaking coolant getting in there,
    why did it start leaking?
i assume the hose clamps indentations were too much too handle under pressure?

the new hose installed with old clamps, why did this picture turn out all blurry?

The aluminum under the rubber oxidizes over time. It then gets into the hose. The spring clamps loose tension. Over time. Might be part of
    Your problem
    If it was leaking

Then don't use a razor blade next time, the right tool really makes jobs quicker

i have a limited number of hand tools, not a mechanic here!
but $280 dealer quoted me to stop the leak that they apparently missed i had to draw the line!

Scotch Brite costs about $2.50 and I bet you already have some under the sink. Or a wire wheel in a drill, maybe $5.00 from Lowe's or Homeless Despot

from this image of the two seatbolts, which one goes into the floorboard and which one goes into the tranny tunnel
been fighting this squeak crack for nearly six months and maybe have found the answer to knock this issue out

they look the same size but maybe they got switched around reinstalling the seat 3 months ago and giving me major headaches trying to drive this thinking something !else! is broken when maybe it really isn't so

thats what i was thinking too!

the one that has the larger amount of corrosion i pulled from the floorboard
I noticed when i was under there in the tranny tunnel a nice shiny bolt sticky out
that MF put the bolts back in backwards and caused me 3 months of grief now trying to fix my seating going as far as contemplating shelling out $2k for aftermarket seats :bananadead:
i certainly hope that switching them around will solve this issue! and i can get back onto the road and driving in peace!
the cursing lately has caused me major sleep loss and exhaustion

    thanks @JKO1998

They're the exact same bolt, put either one where ever, they both work in the tunnel or the floor, the only place they don't work is in the front two holes and that's because of length not thread pitch

ok i just switched them around, how much hand torque on a ratchet is sufficient to make them secure and not work itself loose again, i think this may have been the problem all along since june, just a small amount of wiggle led to big weight shifting problems operating the clutch and right hand turns

my truck probably did not like being put back together improperly is all lol

The rails and back rest on these seats get sloppy over time anyway, so i probably wasn't the actual bolt to the floor that was loose. Just make it snug plus a 1/4 to 1/2 turn

Huh? You think having the bolts switched is whats making noise? o_O Sorry to tell you this, but it doesnt matter which hole they go in.

My seat creaks a little. Nothing I can do about it.

Doesn't look too bad. I've seen worse. I bought an Infiniti that lived around Midland and Fort Worth TX some years ago.
The coolant pipes were starting to look like the inside of a cave from the mineral deposits in the hard water.

Are you running distilled water or pre-mix coolant?

Toyota pre-mix coolant is what i filled it back up with
the hose had not been removed in over 12yrs until the other day, I am not sure the techs that did the timing belt then even cleaned off the pipe before putting the hose back on, or else it has been slowly leaking for that time under pressure and drying up underneath, i really don't know how it all works to keep a sealed system other than the drain at the top of the reservoir bottle

its not very clean as others on TW i have seen
I am looking into the dry ice CO2 blasting to possibly clean off a bunch of those humidity weathered parts
