Sorry, I sold my parts stores about 10 years ago and my memory has faded for most specific part #s. I did handle Dorman products though.

I'm a Pennzoil fan as well, even though I use Mobil1 in my '18 TRD Sport and C7 Corvette.
I've used regular 10w-30 Pennzoil in my '96 Tacoma since it's first oil change 413,000 miles ago. No leaks an it will only burn about 1/4 quart over a 5000 mile oil change period.

I buy whatever 5w30 is on sale and change my oil every 5k. These trucks aren't hard on oil so anything that meets OEM spec is fine as long as you actually change it when you're supposed to.

I used Castrol High Mileage conventional after it hit 150k miles. Switched to Pennzoil High Mileage conventional the last few oil changes because it was cheaper. No problems with either of the two. I am at over 325k miles.

I just put 5/30 Mobil 1 in mine because it was on sale. Normally run 10/30 Pennzoil. Now I can smell it occasionally burning oil and the valve cover gaskets are weeping. I plan on going back to conventional.

There is no downside to using synthetic at any time.

I used a small ignition wrench to tighten the low side valve cover bolts, stopped a small leak. Those bolts come loose over time.

Doesn't matter. Just change it regularly.

When I was 16, my uncle told me the same thing when I asked him what oil I should use?

But the guy on the TV tube told me that the $16 a qt purple stuff is way better! Adds like 12 hp, too!

And if you add Slick50 (some will remember) you can dump sand in the valve train while hosing it down with a fire truck. Funny how the commercial is only 30 seconds.....
