    What a sexy looking truck?

    Lift?
    Tire size?

Just bought my truck and have no money for mods but someday I’ll mod it like yours.

I did the anytime backup cam and I pulled the useless QI wireless charger button. I turned it on, and pushed it thru the hole and put the ABC button in its place. Wireless charger button is still on if I ever need it, but it isnt strong enough to charge thru my case and pop socket. Plus I never really knew why I would want to be able to turn on/off wireless charging. Sooo its always on now and buried behind my other switches.

As far as the cam, I really like it but had to make my own mount for my aftermarket grille. I have a flat mesh type grill made out of thin alum sheet- with no horizontal spot to mount. The wire of the cam has to be vertical making the cam shoot out to the front. I took a small piece of angle aluminum and riveted it to the grill on the inside and made the cam peek out a hole in my grille. If you wanted to do the one that goes in the yota logo I think the cam would work with the ABC system because it is the same small connector on the end of the camera. You could also ask ABC to sell you the kit, without the cam. Installing the wiring for ABC couldn't be easier and highly recommend.

Today I let my wife drive the Taco while I worked on the Lexus Gx470. Removed air bags and converted to coil spring rear suspension.

I can’t like this... you let your wife drive the taco and then submitted a “what have you done to your Lexus today,” on the Tacoma thread.

May god have mercy on your soul sir...

Replaced the last little bit of chrome left on my MGM. After switching from the chrome SR5 grill to the black matte TRD Pro Grill last week, and switching out my chrome rear bumper end caps for black matte ones yesterday, I replaced all my chrome badges with black matte badges today. The stock wheels and tires are getting swapped with the 4Runner TRD Pro wheels and Nitto Terra Grapplers tomorrow. Pretty stoked!

Also, I washed it today. I have a subscription at the car wash and I wash it almost every day because I live down a dusty dirt road, and I’m really proud of my new truck and I want it to be all shiny and nice. I’m pretty sure they’re losing money on me. I does come with carnuba wax, though I’m really not sure how well those kinds of applications work. Either way, it sparkles every day (until I get back on my dirt road...)
