Whole bunch of stuff in my garage
I'm from Texas, don't have any desire to move back. My job is here and it's worth it to my wife and me to stay put right where we are. That being said, we understand the market here vs. other areas, and we're willing to save a bit more. All of that to say, I wouldn't complain if homes were in the $100k range!

Didn't really get any rain yet...but from what I see the cover seals well..there is a little light peeking in from the front two corners of the bed. They do provide two foam pads to add to the bulkhead rail but there looks to be a tiny gap underneath where they sit. Noting some weatherstripping cant fix. For the price and ease of operation...it's worth it i believe. The last cover I had was an Access roll up that cost me around $500.

Last weekend I added my KC Flex Ditch Lights and Cali Raised toggle. Looks really good. I forgot to order my protective lenses and then also noticed my truck is registration is out... UGH. So I ordered the clear lens and a couple of T-shirts. I was really impressed with Cali Raised customer service.

I received the Clazzio shipment about 3 weeks ago, very impressed with the quality upon looking all the parts over - standard black leather. Just too busy with taking 2 of our oldest off to college and other life chaos the past few weeks to make any progress. Did all of the headrests one day, a few days later, got the entire rear seat done, then yesterday finally got the front seats done with heaters. As usual, was running short on time on the weekend, so the finally wiring into the dash and switch will wait....until next weekend! Very happy with the out come! No the best pic, but everyone has seen them and you get the idea - Thanks Bill

Damn those look nice... How did you wire up the heaters if you don't mind me asking?

Beautiful truck and beautiful backdrop! That Calvary Blue is gorgeous. I’m a little sore at Toyota for coming out with that and the Cement Gray right after I bought my truck. Oh, and I’ve heard rumors about a green?? I love my MGM, but dang, those colors are purdy.

I haven't done the final wiring yet, just the heating fabric on the seats and ran wiring for the heating fabric under the inside seat track. Ran out of truck time, so I hope to get at it next weekend. I actually bought the heating set up as a kit almost a year ago, when I saw it on sale, shortly after I bought the truck. I put it in a box with other pending Tacoma mods, until I finally took it out after receiving the Clazzio shipment. It was then that I realized it was missing the directions for the wiring! It seems complete, only 4 wires to actually connect, positive, negative, probably an ignition (so the heaters shut off when the truck is off) and another white wire I have to figure out. That same harness has four quick connects that receive the 4 heating elements. That harness then plugs into the switch harness and switch. I plan to remove the factory wireless charging switch and utilize that switch location for the seat heater switch. To really do it the right way, I believe I'll have to remove the console and lower switch panel, I didn't want to dive into the project and leave it half apart for the week and I needed to figure out the white wire part - I hope someone reading this who has done this install will chime in to point me in the right direction (Please!)..... Hope that helps a little - Bill in MA

That makes total sense with waiting on the wiring. It sucks to have to drive your truck around in pieces for a week because you ran out of time for a project haha... Reason I am asking is because I am debating whether or not to do exactly the mod that you are doing. The only thing stopping me... is that I'm NOT an electrical guy. Just doesn't make sense to me. I was watching a video with how to install the new seat covers, heaters, etc., all fine for me to do. When it got to wiring and what to splice in where I just started scratching my head and thinking that maybe this mod is just a little too much for me...
