Yeah, I've known a few people with the old S10/Sonomas over the years, and they do take a beating and keep running. Just don't trust the power windows or locks. Or the radios. Or the power seats (if so equipped)
Go bare bones and there's not much that can go wrong with it.

The ones I saw had crank windows. And it's nice because they're small enough to where you can still reach the passenger side while driving!

The last girl I dated had a rescue pitbull. Very friendly with people, even kids, not so much with other dogs though. Don't think she was told why it ended up there.

Personally, I think pit bulls are great dogs, but you have to spend the time to socialize them. They are very protective of their family by nature so if you want a non-reactive pit bull, you have to expose them to lots of other people and animals. They have an extremely bad reputation because of their innate protective drive and also because they're so damn strong.

You guys are young pups

Of course, you're talking about marriage anniversaries, and I've managed to avoid that so far...

We are on year 5 or maybe a little longer being together. We went on the same elementary school bus, so we’ve known each other a while. Was smart enough to avoid me when I was younger and a little less....mature:anonymous:

Congratulations. I assume you're going to cook yourself dinner, get yourself drunk and take advantage of yourself to celebrate?

I crossed 6 years of being married earlier this year. We were together for 5 years before that and survived moving in together, getting a dog, buying a house and renovating the house. I figured if we could get through all that together (or her put up with me through all of that), it was time to take the plunge.
