    Seems fair of them. Maybe they are afraid of possible contamination liability. Not surprised they just didn't let you keep it from that perspective. General rule of thumb is that returned food products cannot be remarketed though so not sure what they will do with it.

    I don't believe this who messed up thing for a minute. I think the real reason is @Misplaced Nebraskan bought it all to use on his next entry for the competition. He needs a LOT of it to cover his Rhino he's entering.
