    Hey Guys

    So i got my first pick up truck, it's a magnetic grey Prerunner Long Bed Double Cab TRD Sport and i love it!! Long name tho haha

    Before this i had a 98 BMW 328i, but it was causing too many problems, so i decided to go for a new truck and have fun with that.

    A little about me, I love to mess with stuff and I want to get a masters in transpertation design and go on to be an auto designer. ( I am in high school )

    The taco is amazing, everything is great about it :D

    I've had it offroad a few times on some "fire roads" that we call spooks and it handles great!!

    I did my first modd last weekend, I did the "bed lights" modd. And i have to say modding a truck is much easier than a BMW.

    A quick synopses: I bought a 55w "back up" light at pep boys and a toggle switch. I used industrial strenght tape to mount the light on the top of one of my cubbies next to my power outlet. and mounted the toggle switch in there (who doesn't like a good toggle switch). For power i tapped into the positive wire on the trail hitch wiring harness. I hoped that this was fused, but i added an inline fuse just in case. It took me a while to find a good spot to ground, I ended up grounding on the blocks under the leaf spring, this seemed to work well! I love the light at night!! It works much better than expected. I'll include a photo, but the photo doesn't do it justice...

    I'm glad to be a member here and hope to get a lot of fun out of this truck!!!

    Congrats on your new truck. She's a beauty!

    I originally wanted Magnetic Grey too and they had the exact configuration that I wanted, except for the color. Ended up getting a Black Sand 2010 Access Cab and the beauty of the black paint has actually been growing on me since!
