Suspicious vehicle/package in a garage on Pratt & Calvert, they are evacuating buildings near the scene.

We heard the vehicle in question had 1000 gals of fuel in it. How can a 1000 gal anything fit into a parking garage?! BS......... but they have every intersection on Lombard and Pratt shut down between President and Calvert. They are also talking about possibly checking other garages in the area with dogs.

Fucking great!!!!!!!! I just so happened to stop by the gas station to get some diesel for my tractor on the way to work.

JK  You know I ain't puttin' no diesel cans in the trunk of my Lexi Niles!

Just got this email (below) from my wife, that she received from the Senior VP where she works.
My wife works a block away, closer to the scene.

I have just returned to the office and saw tons of people on the street.
They have evacuated everyone from the inner harbor / Harborplace and the perimeter of the potential disaster zone ends right at our office building on the east side.
All of the major streets around our building are shut down, Pratt, Lombard, Calvert, St. Paul and others too.
There is an unattended truck in a garage in the inner harbor with 1,000 gallons of gasoline. Bomb squads are on the scene since 11am.

They are finally shutting them down too because there is a garage attached to their building and one across the street.

So basically your wife and everyone else is stranded there until they get through bullshiting around. I’m with you, how do you get 1000 gallons into a garage. Must be a low rider truck :annoyed::help:

Thanks guys! I am still very confused how any vehicle can have that much fuel inside of it. I mean that's 20 - 50gal drums. Most garages down here have a height limit of 7', some less.

I'm just glad it is not my garage.

Yea, that's pretty. I hate my drive into work. Jones Junction has a Voodoo Blue Pro on the lot right up front.
