    Awesome. Thank you!

Apparently not letting those major hindrances keep me on pavement only.

    Are you sure?

You have a Sport, we are only allowed on pavement. Going off of pavement is apparently not possible? Did you mod yours to make it Off-Road eligible? Did it only involve replacing the decal?

    IMO, it's all just marketing.

from my persepective, there isn't much "sport" with a Tacoma no matter what trim. Besides maybe the way you have to string out the 3.5 to build power.

but yes, my comments are being serious

Then I suppose I should wash the dirt / mud off my TRD Sport and keep her on pavement, since you were being serious.

Maybe one day I’ll debadge or switch to an OR badge so I, too, can HiT TrAiLz and have a 16oz water bottle.

It may depend on the region but any time I have plugged the same info for a sport and OR into KBB the OR has always had between $700 - $800 higher value.

Good to see that this dumpster fire is still burning.

    Sport: Tighter Sport suspension.

Maybe it would be easier for people to understand if they called the Off-Road the “Loose Pillow”.

Sure enough, just plugged in both for my zip code and the sports are actually booking out higher.

    2018 Sport with 30k - $28,081
    2018 OR with 30K $27,795

Both in ex cond with the same equip, of course.

Looks like it's gonna be generally a wash with resale.

You cannot get the Off-Road model in Canada with the long bed. I need the long bed, sure can go access cab Off-Road for the 6.1 bed but access cab LOL. Sport also has a dope sunglasses holder for my $300 Ray-Bans. I wish it had 2 like the second generation .. hood scoop is dope also. Nothing is wrong with the Hitachi shocks only that they also come on the SR5. I have done some off roading and was surprised to see the extension those shocks can get

All MT and the OR (MT and AT, and Pros) get the 8.75. Others get 8".

Yes. Just what I wrote. MT Sport got larger diff.

That said my original list was for suspension differences.

To the people who call it a fake scoop: it is just as real as every other scoop ever made. It might not open up to the air cleaner/throttle body but it does just what every other scoop ever made does...nothing, except look cool.
