Ox makes one for the Ford 9 in either 28 or the 31 spline axles.

Unfortunately it makes more sense to go 35 spline if you’re spending 5 g’s on an axle

    A thing or two...
There's a company called Wavetrac that makes 35-spline 9" diff that sounds interesting. From the information on their website, it seems to be a geared LSD (like an Eaton Truetrac) plus in zero traction conditions, it has wave plates that lock up the diff to make both wheels spin.

Its debated whether it really makes a difference in zero traction scenarios (ice). They get used fairly often on ameteur roadcourse cars

Not sure that would be good in winter conditions. The other thing I think people like about the Curry F9 and ECGS 60 is they use Toyota hubs with the magnetic speed sensor strip.

In my effort to avoid more ARB o ring failures I think I’m going the Ox locker route. They have a manual selector switch on the housing for redundancy too.

As far as full float are concerned, if there was a newer F350 hub with a magnetic tone ring that could have an inline calibrator adjust the speed signal I’d be into investigating that possibility, but for simplicity... ECGS.

    Show me please

    Edit: found it...

That’s a Ford 9” Dana 44. Confusing the way they list it.

Supposedly the bad ARB o-rings have been purged from the supply chain and they work again.

If you upgrade your rear axle though I might buy your ARB :)

The first one and later one is for a 9. The second one is for the 44

The product link is for the 30 spline 44 just below it wouldn't make sense to have the same product for a 31 and 30 spline then you would need new axles to go with it.

Hmmmmm so looking into it more they have it listed just no product for it. So it's either the ARB or a non selectable. May be reconsidering what rear I put under my truck. Really like 9 for the gear selections. But having a non selectable isn't a deal breaker

I don’t know, there’s no product link to it then. I think that listing is misleading. Harrop doesn’t make one for the F9 either. Just ARB.

This is from my inquiry a few months ago...

“F9 there is no cable locker or elocker - selectable would be ARB.
If you were to do a Dana 60 we could do elocker or a cable locker.”

So the Detroit locker or Detroit truetrac is out of the question for you?

Naw it's not. Kinda would rather have a selectable but if I can't get one then so be it. Don't really trust the ARB, plus read up on it in Pirate today guys not happy with it for the 9". Definitely like the 9" because cheap. Need to research and figure out what truck to pull one out of so that when you add the full float ends it'll be a 72" WMS-WMS

I was just saying that because Currie offers the detroit locker and truetrac along with the ARB for the F9 housing.

I won't buy anything from Currie not a fan. Too much for what they are. We ran a Detroit in the circle track car.
