I've been wanting to buy some Wildpeaks, 265/70/17 and I can get them now for $530 for 4, or should I wait for October sales? How good are the fall sales? I'm not into the whole rebate thing or the offers only valid with they're stupid credit card that I will never use, so what would you guys do, buy now or wait for a better sale? I want these damn things so bad but I can push these stock Toyo's out a few months lol. Also, stock suspension and sport rims 265/70/17 or 255/80/17? I don't want rubbing but want the biggest tire

Whats the model of those Wildpeaks? The H/T is a terrible deal, the A/T3W is a decent deal, and the M/T is a screaming deal at that price. (I'm assuming you mean the A/T3W:boink:)

Thats about $40 cheaper than what I see, for the passenger load tire. Decent deal as I said, but it wont hurt if you want to hold out to see if you can get a better price.

Edit: Not sure about rubbing, but 255/80/17 is an odd size, which means you'll pay out the butt for it. $199 vs ~$145 per tire, (255/80 vs 265/70)

Well I stopped in to discount tire, they took $50 off the total so I paid $530 for the 4 tires. 265/70/17 A/T3W. I figured it's a decent deal, it seems like all the deals nowadays are with their credit cards or via mail in rebates and I'm not a fan of either so I'll just take the $50 off. Getting them installed tomorrow or Wednesday

You're going to add at least another $100 to that to get them mounted and balanced.

Not from Amazon, but I ordered motorcycle tires many times and tires from TireRack once. No big deal. I think there are so many tire warehouses spaced around the country that deliveries tend to happen pretty damn fast.

If eBay does their Fall tire promotion again this October you can get them around $400 shipped. I bought tires two years in a row that way from DT
EBay does a $100 coupon off at checkout. Last year it was for the Falkens. $400 shipped without certs. 265/70/16

    They're $142 a tire on Amazon unless I'm looking wrong? That's $568 for 4

I ordered one E-load Wildpeak ATW3 265/75/16 off of Amazon back in March to use as a spare. It was delivered just like anything else that's eligible for Prime. If I remember correctly the tire wasn't in a box but simply had a label fixed to it. I think with the deal I got plus mounting/balancing at a local shop I spent $130ish.
