What rims should I look at?

265/75/16, no spacers, stock suspension

I also purchased new 265/75/16 tires when I first got truck so I am looking for a 16” wheel. There are certainly less out there than 17” but I found these. Just waiting for them to come back in stock

Reasonably priced, lots of them out there on Tacomas, good solid options. I had a set of FN Five Stars on two different trucks and have a set of SCS Stealth 6 going on the new truck tomorrow. I try to keep the unsprung weight as low as possible, probably why I am not here bitching about 15mpg.

 

Who changed muh title?

 

If someone changed it, they should have changed it to "What WHEELS should I look at?". You need the whole wheel, not just the rim.

I like that too. I’m going with the F5 for mine in gunmetal grey.

 

F5’s are easily the best choice. I love a minimalist look and those are perfect

This is what I am looking at. What does BS stand for?

 

Back space. Distance from inside edge of wheel to mounting face. Smaller number here means more aggressive stance.

 

Go for what you like and not be like everyone else. I'm still at a loss as to why so many of these guys spend all this money to make their trucks all look a like. Be different. Yours will stand out then.
