    I know they are being used on 4 runners. I do not know about a 2019.

    For a stock battery you are probably going to need a narrow. If you have over 1-1/8" between the center fill caps, you can use a wide or adjustable wide.

    Are the hooks longer than OEM? And what is the length of the hold down itself? Just upgraded to a Northstar 27m and stock hold down is isn't long enough nor are the hooks.

    I would buy the adjustable wide. This will accommodate the Northstar and the jhooks are longer than stock.
