haha, that's my strategy. No one's gonna steal my HF tools, they'd get more from the pawn shop stealing hubcaps off 90s Acuras.

 

The whole painting thing really only works in a shop where someone else might grab it, doesn't stop actual theft at all

Boss made us pull all our personal tools out of work vans today.i came home with 3 tool bags of shit..work van is lighter tho

 

Get a rivet gun and brodazzle it like the big boys...

 

Unless i turn everything into a furry..... well you might come and steal it all at that point

 

I don't think that's a financially stable idea anyway. Fursuit partials are still $250-500 for a paw or a sleeve

Get a rabid squirrel or 3 and keep it in your work van, no one will dare try to steal anything

 

Also I think it might be kinda hard to angle grind something if the grinder has a car tail

 

Plus I don't want it, I've got nicer Makita stuff

Funny you mention grinder, there one at work with a bad cord. It'll shock the crap outta you. Guy mentioned it, boss grabbed it. And got lit up..he threw the grinder as far as he could, told us if anyone has any tool like that cut the cords off and go to home depot and by new ones. Lol..

 

well it still seems to handle like a spring chicken or maybe its brain-washed me, ... still tears up the streets here when they are smoothed out lol

i have had 3 old Toyotas of nearly the same age and mileage and I must tell you what i know from experience, I am truly amazed how this truck is holding up compared to those vehicles in its environment, i am still breaking it in it seems sometimes
