So this might be too specific/niche a question, but I have been thinking about a sub install under the passenger seat. I have a '19 DCLB TRD OR. The seats are pretty standard, and it seems like with a small riser, I could fit something tolerable under there.

I use all the storage in the interior of the truck, so don't really like the idea of putting it behind the rear seats. Just curious is anyone has any ideas?

    Thanks, y'all!

Edit: so after reading a bit more, looks like if I want to retain the stock head unit and have minimal install headache, the Sound Ordnance B-8PTD might be the best off the shelf solution?

I have that and it is absolutely amazing. It is a single 8" but it really does good at filling in the lows. The cars next to you won't feel it, but in the truck it sounds awesome.

Add the kicker amp and I would almost bet you will be perfectly happy. If you want homeowner highs you could swap the dash tweeters, but that is likely all you would need to do.

That is exactly where I at now, minus the tweeter replacements, that is.

I’ve been thinking about running something like this as well.. looking into the kicker, JBL, and pioneer. It looks like the one you found is right in the competition as well

There is a cross bar on the passenger side seat that keeps things from being put under there. I had originally wanted to put my amps under the passenger seat, but that bar stopped me from doing so. The drivers seat doesnt have the same cross bar though.

I ran into the same issue this weekend. I have a focal under the seat sub and had to put it under the drivers seat instead of the passenger seat.

Thanks for all the input, folks!

Ma Ho Tex, where do you have yours installed? Under the drivers seat? How hard was the wiring?

You can remove the passenger seat plastic and rotate that bar that comes down (T20 bit?). I have a Rockford Fosgate 300P amp under my passenger seat.
